Engineer Service Desk

This role is responsible for performing core network audit of Core Nodes of VVM & HSI. He/she shall be accountable and responsible for conducting, preparing audit deviation list, discussing and closing issue with planning and network operation team as per directives issued by the organization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for day to day audit work of core audit
• Track and resolve issues/deviation observed in audit
• To follow up with other functions for resolution of issues.
• To follow MOPs and guidelines for timely resolution of issue.
• Notification of service problems and irregularities to Network planning and network operation team.
• Adhere to the organizational guidelines & departmental processes & procedures
• Work towards the Individual performance parameters assigned by the Core Audit Lead

Skills Required :

• Managing LTE/IMS Core nodes of telecom service provider.
• Handling customer / end user issue related to VoLTE or calling service issue, troubleshooting and identifying RCA
• Managing and maintaining Event Management of LTE/IMS network, User Problem Management processes
• Coordinating updates on service level issue for incident resolution
• Owning service issues, tracking across the organization and to closure of such issues
