Job Description

This position will be based at Loyang office.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service jobs (depot and on-site) are accomplished to meet committed turnaround time and quality objectives
  • Work in the service department and customer site, repair / calibrate equipment and provide technical support for Rohde & Schwarz products
  • Repair equipment with ideally zero return
  • Site troubleshooting, repair and calibration
  • Provide technical support to other service center/subsidiaries
  • Optimize service process and asset utilization
  • Ensure traceability of service work
  • Conduct regional service training to internal Rohde & Schwarz stakeholders
  • Evaluate new product service capability
  • Comply to ISO 9001 standard requirement
  • Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis
