Review and validate technical drawings, material specifications, and manufacturing feasibility. Implement and monitor APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA for supplier processes. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA/8D) for supplier-related quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Procurement, Manufacturing) to ensure quality alignment. Maintain supplier documentation for compliance and traceability (ISO/IATF Standards). Support supplier onboarding, development, and performance improvement programs. Provide technical support during product development and production ramp-up phases. Work with ERP systems (., SAP) for quality tracking and reporting. Strong understanding of casting ,forging processes. Proficiency in quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC.
