To attend to internal and external customer complaint timely and proactively.

To drive supplier 8D on root cause investigation of material quality disputes with effective CAPA.

To drive continous improvement activities with cross functional team to improve material quality.

To manage supplier changes and performance qualification ensuring effective and flawless introduction of changes.

To perform supplier audit and identify potential risk at supplier process with effective closure of audit findings.

To enforce and ensure compliance of SQM procedure includes complaint management, material qualification, Supplier change management.

To ensure efficiency & effectiveness of IQC operation Incoming Documentation & drawings : Process Spec; Control Plan; Work Instruction.

To ensure all documentation / data of the materials being checked are readily auditable and to prepare for external audit.
