Job Description

Job Title: Engr / Sr. Engineer Operation & Maintenance (Solar)

Experience : Min. 3 years /5 years for BE/Diploma holder having exp in Solar Operation & Maintenance (at least should have handled single plant capacity of 20 MW solar power plant, experience in electrical equipment testing and commissioning is preferred)

  • Daily monitoring the functions of all electrical equipment’s.
  • Carrying out PM and maintaining record
  • Attending Breakdown
  • Managing site team (Engr/Technicians)
  • Preparing Maintenance report
  • Plant SCADA monitoring through SCADA and taking corrective actions
  • Guiding Module cleaning Team
  • Guiding Vegetation control team
  • Good knowledge about maintenance SOP – equipment wise
  • Monitoring and co-ordination of Electrical testing team 
  • All reports to be maintain as per site requirement.
  • Adhering organization Quality system
  • Adhering to organization EHS system
  • Adherence to O&M manual requirements
  • Work under Site in-charge
  • Good knowledge about plant EHS practise, LOTO, PTW
