**Position Summary**:
Interface with all Bendix CVS suppliers in the following areas: quality performance and expectations, interpretation of requirements per engineering drawings and specifications, and supplier improvement, supplier development and audits.
**Essential Functions**:
- Acting as liaison between suppliers, group and plant buyers, plant quality and engineering. Acting as mediator between suppliers and plant quality when problems arise (Dispute process).
- Conduct supplier Audits (VDA, PSA, Walk Control Plan)
- Evaluate suppliers in support of vendor sourcing efforts
- Participate in Design for Manufacturability-Integrity process as SMF category expert, ensure flow-down of the Bendix DFMEA into the Supplier’s APQP documents, conduct on-site DMI validation validation by confirming supplier Production Part App...
