About The Team And The Role
The Quality & Supplier Quality team at Ather is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of manufacturing excellence across our supply chain. This team focuses on monitoring supplier performance, driving process improvements, and managing the end-to-end quality lifecycle of critical components to ensure seamless production and product reliability.
This role is for a Fabrication specialist who will be responsible for the quality performance of tubular and sheet metal parts. You will drive supplier improvement plans, oversee the APQP and PPAP processes for new parts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate manufacturing risks and maintain superior quality standards.
