3 days in office / 2 days remote Tues, Wed & Thurs are in the Rolling Meadows office Mon & Fri can be remote. Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: • Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the 5G and LTE network. • Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan. • Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams. • Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems. • Reporting issues to appropriate engineers. • Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
