Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- Shall have experience of 4 to 6 years in thermal analysis of Electronic systems, components, PCBA’s.
- Experience in thermal design, analysis and testing of RADAR, AAAU, and their subsystems.
- Conducts thermal feasibility studies, simulations and testing at component level, board level, system and subsystem designs
- Drive key technology development to solve some of the key thermal challenges in space Defense, and aerospace industry and introduce same in designs
- Experience in Heat pipes, Cold plate design, analysis and testing
- Have strong fundamentals in heat & mass transfer, fluid dynamics, FEM,and CFD.
- Shall have excellent hands-on experience in thermal analysis for steady state, transient, coupled flow analysis, thermal stress analysis
- Shall be well conversant with Ansys icepak thermal analysis tool
- Must be well conversant with type of meshing selection, mesh modification, mesh quality based on application requirements.
- Must do design sanity checks after completing the preliminary thermal analysis.
- Candidate having working experience in electronic industry preferred.
- Responsible for preparation of thermal analysis report, PDR and CDR documents
- Should have basic knowledge of CAD software preferably solidworks
