Responsibilities:Learning and Development: Actively participate in all assigned training programs, workshops, and on-the-job training to develop a comprehensive understanding of our processes, technologies, and industry best practices.Project Involvement: Assist senior engineers in various engineering projects, including design, development, testing, implementation, and analysis, gaining practical experience in real-world applications.Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to the engineering team by conducting research, performing calculations, preparing reports, and assisting with problem-solving.Process Understanding: Learn and understand the existing engineering processes, workflows, and standards within the designated department.Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in the collection, compilation, and analysis of engineering data to identify trends, track progress, and support decision-making.Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and procedures.Safety Awareness: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with engineers and other departments to achieve project goals.Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.Communication (Local Emphasis): Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in Marathi and Hindi. Basic English may be required for understanding technical documentation and communication with other departments or global teams.Adherence to Guidelines: Follow all instructions, guidelines, and mentorship provided by senior engineers and supervisors.Task Completion: Complete assigned tasks and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
