Job Responsibilities

  • Wiring harness routing in CAD data by using soft tool UGNx.
  • Electrical logic diagram design by using CAPH logic tool.
  • Wiring harness design by using CAPH Xc..
  • Layout and packaging of wiring harness 3D data in vehicle DMU from concept stage and finalise it by considering all design guide line aspects.

    • Competencies

    Technical/ Functional

  • Proficient in all tools for wiring harness design (CAPH Xc, Logic and Simstress), layout and CAD tool, preferably Unigraphics
  • Knowledge of all kinds of child parts used in wiring harness like wire ,fuses , connectors ,mechanical Protections and their selection criteria.
  • Knowledge about DFMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Thorough in basic theories and design concepts for automotive wiring harness.
  • Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations.

    • Specific Expertise

  • Wiring harness 3D routing by using UGNx.
  • Wiring harness design by using CAPH Xc.
