Engineer - Wiring harness

Job Purpose:

The Wiring Harness Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and production support of wiring harness systems for automotive and electric vehicle applications, ensuring compliance with functional, safety, quality, cost, and manufacturability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Wiring Harness Design & Development:

•Design complete wiring harness architecture including schematics, routing, bundling, and installation.

•Develop wiring harnesses for vehicle systems such as Battery, Charging Stations, Battery Dock, and vehicle interface modules.

•Select appropriate wires, connectors, terminals, fuses, relays, clips, and protection components based on electrical and environmental requirements.

•Ensure compliance with electrical load, voltage drop, derating, and thermal requirements.
