Job Description
A well-established FMCG manufacturing business based near Skipton are seeking either an experienced or someone wishing to step up to be the Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for a strong people person with a solid background in food, dairy or FMCG maintenance environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the daily workload of six engineers and external contractors
* Plan, schedule and monitor PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and to standard
* Support continuous improvement of maintenance systems and reliability
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety and engineering standards
* Act as first point of escalation for engineering issues during core hours
* Report performance, issues and progress directly to the Engineering Manager
