Job Description
Job Summary: Supports engineering operations and production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee engineering support for production operations.
Lead process improvement and quality initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional engineering projects.
Supervise engineering staff and ensure adherence to established standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. , MA or MBA is a Plus
At least 5 TO 7 years of experience in production control, planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
