Engineering Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Support Industrialization Engineers on NPI and process improvement projects.
• Document production layouts and create work instructions & process diagrams.
• Assist in prototype and pilot builds, collecting and analyzing manufacturing data.
• Help drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize processes for manufacturability.
• Collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

• Diploma/ITE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years in manufacturing assembly, ideally with EV or automotive experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio (or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
