Engineering Assistant

Job Description

• Conduct RMA testing, documentation, and disposition.

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections, SCT, bench, ATE, and SLT testing.

• Accurately log inspection, test, and audit results.

• Organize and maintain inspection and test records.

• Handle inventory, collection, shipment, and system logging.

• Perform cycle counts and track RMA returns and shipments.

• Follow work instructions and BKMs for repairs and RMA processes.

• Collaborate on technical issues and suggest efficiency improvements.

• Maintain bench and equipment as needed.

• Support shift work and overtime as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronic Engineering, experience in the semiconductor field will also be considered.
