Job Description
WORK OBJECTIVE:
This position is responsible for all activities and programs of the Engineering, Facilities, and Property Departments. Responsibilities for the Engineering Department includes, but are not limited to, assigning and prioritizing projects; preparing capital project program; deciding on consultant assignments; organizing the Department to meet goals and objectives; and coordinating with external agencies. Responsibilities for the Facilities and Property Departments includes, but are not limited to, setting goals; administrative and managerial oversight of the work planning; safety; organization; construction and maintenance programs; and personnel items. This position primarily works independently to deliver services to the NFTA’s internal customers, specifically the Aviation, Surface (Metro) and Property business centers.
