Engineering Business Manager

The **Engineering Business Manager** leads the Engineering Business Management team for EMEA Aero Engineering, based in Brno. The role oversees two core areas: Project Planning & Controlling, ensuring effective financial and operational management of the engineering project portfolio and Business Analytics, providing high-quality data, insights and reporting to support decision-making for Engineering leadership and cross-functional partners. The role carries full people management responsibility for a team of 10–15 professionals and requires close collaboration with EMEA Engineering leaders, US Aero partners, local Finance teams and others.
