The Swagelok Career Development Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders and technical professionals within our organization. This unique program offers recent graduates from engineering, operations, or business disciplines the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and leadership skills through various operational and corporate rotations. Participants will rotate through three key assignments, each lasting 12-18 months, in their first three years of employment. The program provides exposure to areas such as operations supervision, engineering, manufacturing/assembly planning, sourcing, customer service, and human resources.
