Engineering Change Coordinator Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy., Manor, TX 78653 Shift: 1st Shift (M-F, 8AM - 5PM or 7AM-4PM) • Onsite Only - No Remote Option Hiring Immediately! About the Role Join a dynamic team where precision and innovation drive success! As an Engineering Change Coordinator , you'll manage technical change processes, coordinate pre-series events, and ensure seamless communication between internal teams and clients. This role is critical to maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced automotive environment. What You'll Do Lead the Change Management process to evaluate and implement client technical changes. Prepare and negotiate quotes for impacts due to engineering changes. Coordinate internal and external meetings to ensure smooth production transitions. Organize and manage pre-series events with suppliers and internal teams. Maintain technical documentation, drawings, and product data management (PDM). Collaborate closely with major clients like Tesla and FCA on project requirements. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Skills: Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Knowledge of engineering design principles, CAD, and product development. Familiarity with IATF16949 , ISO 9001:2015, and quality management systems. SAP experience preferred. Languages: English required; Spanish/German/French a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . Physical & Work Environment Onsite role in a dynamic production facility (temperature varies by season). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Frequent walking, bending, and occasional forklift operation (valid driver's license required). Safety-first culture with mandatory PPE. Why Join Us?
