Engineering Change Management Specialist

As an Engineering Change Management Specialist at Boston Dynamics, you will facilitate the planning and implementation of changes driven by rapid design iteration of our early-stage products in our development plant. As a member of the Operations Program Management team, every day you will work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare our in-house production for upcoming changes, ensuring a smooth implementation and the highest product quality. You will be a self-starter who can maintain focus on the big picture while managing the huge number of small details to drive consensus on a day-to-day basis and foster effective collaboration. You will know what good looks like for both Engineering and Manufacturing Operations, allowing you to balance rigor with speed.
