**Position: Engineering Clerk (Temporary)**
**Work Schedule**:Typ. Mon-Fri Sat. as needed
Minimum 47.5 hr/week
**Reports To: Detailing Supervisor**
**Location/Division New Millennium Building Systems - Juarez, MX**
**Department: Engineering**
**Pay Grade/Pay Rate: Commensurate with performance and experience**
**Brief Description**:N ew Millennium is the 2nd largest steel joist and deck fabricator in the United States. We are proud of our flexibility and eagerness to assist customers and co-workers.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- General office duties to include answering phones, scanning files, office supply inventory, etc.
- Responsible for receiving, processing, and filing booked job drawing and documents received from sales department.
- Responsible for receiving and filing updated drawings and documents until detailer is assigned.
- Creates job files and Trello card
- Receives/files coordination mate...
