About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Coordinator to oversee and organise the day-to-day operations of a highly skilled engineering team. This role is people- and process-focused, ensuring engineers are supported, workloads are visible, systems run smoothly, and administrative and compliance requirements are met.
This is not a design-heavy engineering role. The Engineering Coordinator acts as the operational backbone of the engineering department, managing schedules, systems, documentation, communication, and team dynamics while working closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate daily engineering activities to ensure priorities, deadlines, and deliverables are clearly tracked and communicated
- Support and supervise in-office engineering staff, promoting a healthy team dynamic and effective collaboration
