Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Engineering Change Administrator (ECA) to support a leading Manufacturer in the Warsaw, IN area. This role owns the end?to?end Engineering Change Order (ECO) process and serves as a critical SAP subject?matter expert supporting new product launches, engineering changes, and master data accuracy. The ideal candidate is a SAP professional with hands?on manufacturing experience who can manage projects, influence cross?functional partners, and drive change under the direction of a Supervisor.
