Engineering Delivery Manager - Studentjob.co.uk

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales Optronics and Missile Electronics (OME). This role will be on at least one of our significant development and production projects within OME. As an Engineering Delivery Manager you will work in collaboration with the Programme Managers, the Engineering Delivery Lead, the Head of Engineering Delivery and the wider engineering team to ensure delivery of the engineering development projects.

Responsibilities

• leading high performing, multi-discipline engineering teams to generate engineering solutions that meet the Customer needs
• the definition of the engineering delivery strategy and resource profile based on the engineering estimates to ensure the delivery of the project
• managing the interfaces with the overall delivery strategy for the wider programme
