Engineering Design Supervisor

Overview

Eligibility/Job Requirement: A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, REE & RME is a must, or an advanced degree in engineering or a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Design, electrical layout, analytical planning, familiar with renewable energy, and AutoCad proficient.
• Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Assessing design brief to gauge the design requirements, and assist in product development processes by providing technical insights and expertise
• Prepare design criteria that will serve as the guidelines for field and design engineers in the execution of design works.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems architecture and hardware, and about renewable energy, especially Solar.
