Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lead, develop, implement and foster an environment of technical expertise and scientific methodologies overseeing facilities and maintenance management, environmental, health and safety program adherence, manufacturing problem solving, new product introduction, program management, and financial planning and budgeting to execute global Engineering projects with increased complexity.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate overall strategic vision, processes, structure and skill sets required in the engineering departments to support site objectives.
  • Manage, coach and mentor technical leaders in the EH&S, facilities, maintenance, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing engineering services, new product introduction and design transfer departments.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, scientific thinking and methodologies implementation through case studies and communities of practice within and outside the site.
