Engineering Drafter, Change Coordinator

This position is a dual-track role requiring a high-cadence technical expert (70% drafting, 30% change coordination). The ideal candidate is a closer—a self-starting professional with a passion for precision draftsmanship and the technical acumen to manage complex configurations with minimal supervision. You will lead the creation of production-level design drawings and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering change requests using SolidWorks and advanced PDM/PLM tools.
