The Engineering Excellence & Transformation Manager is a program manager responsible for shaping, driving, and governing engineering productivity, quality, and SDLC modernization across Experian’s North America Technology organization. Operating with executive-level visibility, this role partners directly with CTOs, Product Engineering Leaders, and BU Technology Leadership Teams to define priorities, align strategies, and execute multi-year engineering transformation roadmaps.


You will be require to be a leader who can influence at all levels from senior executives to engineering teams while driving clarity, alignment, and measurable outcomes across complex, matrixed organizations.
