Direct and manage the onboarding, training, and professional development programs for engineering graduates, ensuring alignment with company objectives, technical and project requirements.Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activities of multi-disciplinary engineering graduates, with a focus on their professional development and continuous growth.Develop and implement detailed plans for ensuring that engineering graduates contribute effectively to project objectives while gaining exposure to various technical areas.Monitor the quality of engineering work performed by graduate engineers, ensuring technical standards and project requirements are met within agreed timelines.Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment by leading, mentoring, coaching, and motivating engineering graduates to achieve their full potential....
