POSITION SUMMARY

:

This position is based out of Verona, MO and we do not offer relocation at this time.

Assist Site Director and other key members of the plant with implementation of projects. This role will attend daily walk throughs of the plant, cataloging parts, and assisting with other engineering needs as necessary. Larger portion of the role will consist of process optimization, tracking data, building systems, and presenting findings. Generally, this will be to support the global roll-out of Balchem’s Continuous Improvement processes. Other reliability improvement and project engineering tasks will be assigned as bandwidth allows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
