This is an on-site position at our plant in São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil.

Summary: The role is responsible for overseeing the Product Engineering Laboratories (Application and Development Laboratory – LAD, in Brazil and the USA) as well as the prototype and engineering sample manufacturing processes, ensuring proper planning, development, evaluation, and process control.
