Job Summary The role of the Engineering Lead for CEE Hive is Work closely with the Product Owner Enterprise Architects Engineering Analyst Development team other interface teams to support the analysis and solutioning of various CEE related technology initiatives Drive the execution of projects in CEE leading Delivery team Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions Train and mentor the newer junior team members to come up the curve by having training documents in place and conducting knowledge sharing sessions Monitor the progress of team members and provide continuous feedback for them to be able to progress and grow strategic role to provide overall technical leadership and direction encouraging innovation and improvement in the technology areas processes and ways of working Key Responsibilities Strategy Strategize the Technology roadmap for CEE Hive Delivery Foster engineering mindset among the people and develop talent wit...
