Engineering Lead

Overview

Role Purpose . The Engineering Lead is responsible for all aspects of engineering platforms, processes, procedures, and technical support for delivery of engineering services for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) properties in the UK and Ireland. The role is accountable for engineering compliance, operational excellence, and the implementation of model operations and maintenance programmes aligned with global processes and procedures. The individual will act as the single point of contact for the account within the sub-region and ensure seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
