Job Description
Purpose:
Lead a technical team for the recovery of parts and equipment in a fast-paced logistics environment. Work in a light electro/mechanical manufacturing environment while coordinating and implementing new recovery programs. Assure continued customer satisfaction by maintaining assembly/disassembly processes including supporting workflow that supports KPI’s such as quality, cost, and delivery. Reduce value-add cost by initiating and implementing more efficient assembly/disassembly methods. Partner with supervisory staff to maintain a safe/clean environment by constructing Safe Job Procedures and Electrostatic safe work areas. Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to reduce cycle time, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in repair, recovery, and logistics processes.
