Job Description
We're currently partnering with a venture-backed tech startup building an AI-first, enterprise-grade platform in the ESG and climate space.
They are scaling fast, with early enterprise customers already live and using the product in production.
This hire will own the entire engineering function and play a key role in shaping how AI is applied commercially across the platform — not research, not prototypes, but real AI use cases at scale.
The role
70% hands-on / 30% leadership
Own full-stack web, cloud, and AI-enabled product development
Lead the design and delivery of production AI features (LLMs, automation, decision support)
Manage and develop a small distributed engineering team
Work closely with founders, investors, and enterprise stakeholders
