• Deep understanding of retail labor models, including part-time scheduling, seasonal staffing,
and labor compliance.
• Proficiency in Dayforce Advanced Scheduling, Time, Payroll, and HR Core modules.
• Experience with system integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
