Engineering Lead/Mgr

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Engineering Leader / Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Product features technical delivery which comprises of taking UX/Features requirement as input to produce technical design, development, system tested quality delivery for our multi-customer SaaS product . This role requires a strong technical background, clear process thinking, and proven people leadership to drive execution and build reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead, review & produce technical delivery: Lead technical design for new and existing modules, impact analysis to existing features for comprehensive design to implement features & product enhancement ensuring scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability of the platform.
