Overview

Engineering Maintenance Manager - Kent Commercial Portfolio. Salary £55,000-£60,000 per year plus Travel/Car Allowance. Location: Kent (covering Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford & Folkestone).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the maintenance team across the commercial portfolio.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all sites operate safely and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage service providers effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on maintenance, costs, and performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
