Engineering Manager

Overview

Wave International is a resource development firm with 25+ years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, gold, bulk dry commodities and more. This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of design engineering and project delivery teams, primarily supporting mining and resources infrastructure projects from initial concept through to execution. The role also contributes to broader business operations, including planning, direction-setting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
