Engineering Manager - Banking

A pivotal leadership role within Stake that runs our core operations of the Trading platform, this role leads the team responsible for the systems that power funding and money movement -including bank connections/integrations, deposits and withdrawals, and the operational foundations that keep these flows secure, correct, and highly available . You'll be accountable for both delivery and day-two excellence : predictable execution, clear ownership, incident leadership, and continuous improvement across reliability, observability, and risk controls.

You will be one of Technology's key leadership team members, working directly with the CTO and other Engineering Managers and cross-functional senior leadership to build a seamless customer experience for ambitious investors. You will work with a high-performing team of Engineers across Trading, Super and Save product pillars where you'll gain exposure to Stake's full suite of products.
