Engineering Manager to join the Developer Experience (DevEx) segment.
In DevEx, our mission is to
enable product engineers to move fast and safely . This role sits at the core of how software is built, tested, released, and operated at N26, with a strong focus on
CI/CD, developer productivity, and delivery reliability .
You will lead a team responsible for
evolving the internal software delivery platform , reducing friction in engineering workflows, and ensuring that CI/CD capabilities scale with the growth and complexity of the organization.
