Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of highly motivated engineers
• Develop and maintain core systems and innovative features
• Optimize code for high performance targets
• Build tools to enable developers to bring content to life
• Coordinate with external collaborators across engineering, production, build, art, and QA

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in software engineering
• 5+ years managing mobile game development teams
• Expertise in Unity, C#, and Google Cloud
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
