Engineering Manager

As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands-on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring.

This is a hands-on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area.

Your responsibilities:

● Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions

● Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack, with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components

● Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions

● Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration

● Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform
