Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

• Oversee the engineering department, including costing review, design review, process engineering and technical support.
• Assign tasks, set priorities and monitor workload and performance.
• Develop team capability through training.

Project Oversight

• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations and technical documents.
• Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
