Engineering Manager

Our Engineering team is growing!

As an Engineering Manager at Vitally, you will have the opportunity to grow as both a software engineer and an engineering leader.

In this role, you’ll join Vitally’s growing engineering organization to lead mission-critical projects from end to end, contribute to product strategy, and lead a team of world-class engineers.

You will be reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer/Co-founder.

Responsibilities Lead a team of 4-6 engineers to develop, test, and maintain high-quality software.

Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Coach and mentor engineers on the team to further their professional development.

Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other Engineering managers to plan product and business strategy.
