Engineering Manager

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery and manage cross-functional engineering teams. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise across multiple tech stacks along with proven people and delivery management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams across multiple technologies.
  
• Own end-to-end SDLC, architecture, and technical delivery
  
• Drive system design, code reviews, and best engineering practices
  
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders
  
• Mentor senior engineers and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  
  

Requirements

• 20–23 years of overall IT experience
  
• Strong Full Stack exposure (Java / .NET / Node / Python; Angular / React)
  
• Experience with Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Microservices, APIs
  
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases
  
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile experience
