Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and coordinate the activities of our engineering department. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage personnel, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding in mechanical or manufacturing engineering within the automotive or aerospace industries.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned personnel by providing priorities, setting deadlines, and giving direction based on department and business needs.
