We are supporting a high-growth fintech company in the search for a Technical Lead to lead a backend engineering squad focused on payments integrations and platform scalability.

What You’ll Do

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering squad responsible for building, scaling, and maintaining integrations with:

  • Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
  • Acquirers
  • Gateways
  • Emerging fintech technologies

Act as a technical leader and hands‑on contributor, including:

  • System and architecture design
  • Code reviews and technical guidance
  • Complex troubleshooting and implementation support
