Section I: General Description

Head of the Industrial Engineering Department. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring production capacity, quality assurance, and process reliability of equipment, tools, and methods to deliver the required production volume safely, with the highest quality standards and at the lowest possible cost.

Section II: Experience and Education
  • Professional degree in an engineering-related field (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.)
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position and/or managerial skills.
Section III: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in the design of pneumatic, electronic, and mechanical tools and equipment
  • Knowledge of ergonomics and time study methods
  • Lean tools (Standard Work, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, Poka-yoke, One Piece Flow, Model Mix)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, CATIA, and SAP ...
